At Make Me Pure, we strive to offer the best possible service and experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- Sessions/Workshops: You may cancel any booked session or workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
- Courses/Programs: If you cancel a course or program within the first 7 days of enrollment, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this period.
- Product Orders: If you wish to cancel a physical product order, you must do so before the item is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- For digital products and downloadable content, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless there was an error on our part.
Non-Refundable:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session/workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
- Subscription fees and membership payments are non-refundable.
